Is there a fee to join?
No. The application is free, and there is never a fee charged to panelists at any stage. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for payment, please report it to support@ustesterprogram.com.
Are these new products or ones I can already buy?
Both. Some tests cover unreleased products our partners are validating before launch. Others involve currently available products — brands frequently want fresh, unbiased feedback on existing items to inform updates, repositioning, or new variants. The product details and context are always disclosed in your invitation email so you know exactly what you're testing and why.
How long does the whole process take?
From application to a kit at your door is typically 5–10 business days if you're matched to an active slot. The testing window itself runs about two weeks per product, after which you submit your written feedback through the link in your invitation email.
Are you affiliated with Amazon, Meta, or any retailer?
No. US Tester Program is an independent panel operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any retailer. Brand names mentioned anywhere on this site are property of their respective owners and used only for context.
How do you decide who gets a kit?
Brand partners specify the panelist profile they want for each test (location, category interest, demographic mix). When your profile aligns with an open slot, you're invited. There's no merit ranking — it's about fit.
What happens to my data?
Your application information is shared with the brand partner administering each test you're matched to, plus essential service providers (email, hosting, analytics). We don't sell data. Full details, retention windows, and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I leave the panel?
Yes, anytime. Email privacy@ustesterprogram.com with the subject "Remove me" and we'll delete your record within 30 days.
